The working environment remains challenging amid persistent rains, there is an urgent need for shelter materials. They are facing nights in the open area. Food rations, drinking water and latrines are some of the other needs identified so far in the Myanmar areas. More needs are likely to be identified as further assessments are completed.

In addition to other regular activities, Help the Needy Charitable Trust continues to support the construction of community centers  in Myanmar

HTN working for the affected people of Rakhin since 2012, as international organization we are not allowed to have a full registration to operate the Aid projects and other programs in Myanmar, so we have our local field staffs working under the registration of one of our local partners Myittar Resource Foundation & One Nation, to facilitate the proper funds transfer and getting permission from government to implement inside camps and other conflicted area.

In addition, HTN London staff have regular visits to Myanmar to monitor and evaluate the projects in the Area.
